1. Avocado + Honey For Dry Hair: Avocado is a good source of protein, fatty acids, minerals and vitamins which act as a great deep moisturizer for hair care treatment. Avocado nourishes hair, help in hair growth, give softness and shine to the hair.

Mash 1 ripe avocado nicely.
mix it with 1 tsp honey and apply gently on your hair.
leave it on for 40 minutes and wash your hair with warm water.

Avocado + Honey + Coconut Oil/Olive Oil/Almond Oil For Dry Hair, Hair Fall & Hair Growth: The vitamins and essential fatty acids present in coconut oil/olive oil/almond oil are great for nourishing the scalp and deep conditioning the hair. 4. Banana + Honey + Egg For Hair Fall, Damaged Hair: Eggs are a rich source of protein and vitamins which are essential for hair growth and damaged hair. Honey helps in restoring moisture in hair and also strengthen hair follicle thus helps dry and damaged hair.

Mash 1 ripe banana well.
Add 1 tsp honey and one egg and mix them well.
Apply on your hair, leave it on for 45 minutes.
Wash your hair with warm to cold water.
Repeat this mask once a week for good results.
If you have oily hair, only use egg white.

5. Egg Yolk + Olive Oil For Hair Growth and Dandruff: Egg Yolk and olive oil, both are full of essential nutrients that are needed for moisturizing the scalp & hair. Egg and olive oil also helps with hair growth and dandruff.

Mix one egg yolk and 2 tsp olive oil well.
Apply it to your scalp, hair roots and strands nicely.

1. Eat healthy food and try not to go for extreme dieting. Diet plays a huge role in hair fall.
2. Don't wash your hair with hot water. Try to wash your hair with cold water or warm to cold water.
