5 Green Smoothies for Weight Loss and Detox

smoothie". A green smoothie is a great addition to your diet while trying to resolve any of the above situation. Adding green smoothie in your diet will make you feel fresh and healthy from day one.

Some people add green smoothie as a healthy addition to their normal diet and some add a smoothie to replace their meal for weight loss. Making green smoothie is very simple, all you need is some greens and fruits of your choice. It is also up to you if you want water, juice or milk in your smoothie.

Apple Kale Smoothie

5. 1/2 Lemon
6. 1/4 Tsp. Amla Powder
7. Coconut Milk

Beetroot Kale Smoothie
1. kale
2. Spinach
3. Beetroot
4. 1/2 lemon
5. Cranberry Juice

Coconut Kale Smoothie
1. Kale
2. Banana
3. Berries
4. 1/4 tsp. Amla Powder
5. Coconut Meat
6. Coconut Milk

Fruity Green Smoothie
1. Kale
2. Mint
3. Apple
4. Berries
5. Mango
6. Pineapple
7. 1/4 tsp. Amla Powder
8. Almond Milk

Celery & Fruit Smoothie
1. Celery
2. Mint
3. Mango
4. Banana
5. Berries
6. Coconut Water

Preparation:
1. Rinse and cut all your greens and fruits.
2. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend well.
3. You can always add more liquid or ice at the end to get the consistency you want.
4. serve it fresh and enjoy!

Extra Tips:
1. Use honey for sweet taste, if you are not adding any sweet fruit.
2. Skip adding any juice or liquid altogether if you are using juicy fruits like watermelon.
3. If you like a creamy smoothie, add avocado or banana in your smoothie.
4. Mint, coriander, basil, and parsley are good antioxidants herbs and also add freshness to your smoothie.
5. Always use lime or lemon in your smoothie for boosting metabolism and better digestion.
6. You can also add turmeric to your smoothie for health benefits.
7. If you can handle spicy smoothie, paprika or red pepper can be added to promote weight loss.
