10 Natural Anti-Aging Face Masks

Aging of our skin & body is inevitable but we can always slow down the process of aging by giving extra care. Before you decide to go under some chemical treatments or decide to try some chemical based expensive products, try some natural face masks for one month which are very safe and will definitely give you results if follow through religiously.

These antiaging masks help mature skin to look younger and for younger skin helps in preventing the appearance of fine lines and sagging skin.

1. Aloe Vera & Vitamin E Mask: Aloe vera is full of vitamin & mineral which are important for healthy skin. Aloe vera contains malic acid which is needed for reversing aging. Vitamin E is a great moisturizer and a very good antioxidant which helps against free radicals, giving us smoother skin and minimize the wrinkles.

Recipe:
2 tsp. Aloe Vera
1 Capsule Vitamin E

Mix aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil well, apply it on your face. Leave it on for 25-30 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.

2. Almond Mask: Almonds are a rich source of vitamin E, copper, magnesium, the high-quality protein which are needed for healthy & younger looking skin.

Recipe:
4-5 Almonds
1/2 tsp. Milk

Make a smooth paste of almonds and milk, apply on your face for 20-25 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.
3. Avocado Mask: Avocado is rich in antioxidants vitamin A & E, great moisturizer, high in sterolin which softens the skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines. Milk cream helps in moisturizing the skin, renew the skin surface and reduce the wrinkles.

Recipe:
1/2 Avocado
1/2 tsp. Milk Cream

Mix avocado and milk cream well. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, wash your face with warm water.

4. Papaya Mask: Papaya is rich in carotene, vitamin c and essential minerals which prevent skin damage and premature aging. Lemon is full of antioxidants, vitamin c fight against free radicals, gives clear skin and delay aging.

Recipe:
One Piece of Ripe Papaya
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Mash a small piece of ripe papaya well, mix it with lemon juice. Apply it on your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.

5. Banana, Yogurt & Honey Mask: Banana contains magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E which are all essential for good healthy skin. The lactic acid in yogurt helps in tightening the pores & dissolve the dead skin. Honey is loaded with anti-oxidants and has great anti-aging properties. Honey also helps in moisturizing the skin.

Recipe:
A Small Piece of Ripe Banana
1/2 tsp. Yogurt
1/4 tsp. Honey

Mash banana nicely with a fork. Now, mix banana, yogurt, & honey well. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it on for 15-20 minute. Wash your face with warm water.
6. Flaxseed & Honey Mask: Flaxseed is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, lignans & antioxidants which fight against wrinkles thus promote younger looking skin. Flaxseed moisturizes skin, minimizes wrinkles and fine lines. Honey is a great moisturizer and full of antioxidants.

Recipe:
2 tsp. Flaxseed
1 tsp. Honey

Mix flaxseed and honey well. Apply this mixture on face and leave it on for 25 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water.

7. Tomato Mask: Tomato has anti-aging properties and full of antioxidants. Tomato rejuvenates and nourishes dull skin, helps fade blemishes and prevent wrinkles & fine lines.

Recipe:
1 Small Tomato
1 tsp. Honey

Grind tomato and honey together, make a fine paste. Apply this mixture on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.

8. Milk Cream & Honey Mask: Milk cream and honey are a great moisturizer, helps in rejuvenating the dull skin, hydrate the skin, protect skin from free radicals and prevent wrinkles.

Recipe:
2 tsp. Milk Cream
1 tsp. Honey

Mix the milk cream & honey, well. Apply it on the face for 20-25 minutes. Wash face with lukewarm water.
9. Sandalwood and Rosewater Mask: Sandalwood and rosewater help in skin toning, skin healing, minimize pores and tightens the skin.

Recipe:
2 tsp. Sandalwood Powder
1 tsp. Rose Water

Mix sandalwood powder and rose water well. Apply on your face, leave it on for 25 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.

10. Egg White Mask: Egg white contains antioxidant, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties. Egg and honey help in tightening the pores, toning & moisturizing the skin and kill the bacteria thus give us clear smooth skin, prevent and reduce the fine lines.

Recipe:
1 Egg White
1/2 tsp. Honey

Whisk egg white and honey well. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.

Try these face masks 3 times a week for better results.
