Spicy Oven Baked Chicken Recipe

Today, I am going to share with you very delicious and healthy recipe for dinner. You can make a
salad with this chicken. You can use the chicken breast pieces only and make spicy sandwiches with it. You can also serve it with vegetables.

I am going to use a medium size chicken and going to bake it in some Indian Spices. This is a really delicious recipe, very easy and very simple ingredients. This recipe will serve 4 people.

Marinating Time: 15 min    Cooking Time: 45 min

Let's Marinate: The ingredients for marination sauce are:

                    1 Cup Yogurt
                    1 Lemon
                    2 tbsp Olive Oil
                    2 tsp Cumin powder
                    2 tsp Coriander Powder
                    1 tsp Salt
                    1 tsp Red chilly Powder
                    2 tsp Garlic&Ginger Paste
                   1/4 red Coloring Powder



Now mix these all ingredients in a big bowl. Mix them really well. Now add chicken in it. Make sure that you make cuts in chicken pieces so that the marination sauce gets into the chicken. Mix them well until every chicken piece is coated. Now cover it and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. I marinate the chicken in the morning or noon time and cook in dinner time & as we all know the longer its marinated, the better it tastes.


Baking Time: 45-50 min

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Take the chicken out of the fridge and place it in the oven. Now at this point, if you want you can also add some butter in it. Butter will make it even more tender. Now, keep checking the chicken every 10-15 min and also flip the chicken pieces . Chicken & the yogurt will leave the juices so if you want some curry you can leave it like that. If you want it dry then turn the oven to broil so that all the juices get dried and stick to the chicken. And the chicken is ready.

Serve the chicken with salad or saute vegetables and Enjoy !!
