Quick Healthy Quinoa and Saute Veggies Recipe

Quinoa is super grain, full of dietary fiber and protein. Quinoa is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and
all the essential amino acids. Its nutritional value can be compared with any other grain like wheat or rice which makes it a great healthy choice. You can add this super grain into any meal or salad.

I am going to share the quinoa and saute veggies recipe which can be enjoyed at lunch, dinner or even at breakfast. It is very healthy and quick recipe. This recipe will serve 2 people.

Cooking Time: 30 min


1. 1 cup Quinoa Seeds
2. 2 Cups Water
3. 1 Large Onion
4. 1 Large tomato
5. Broccoli
6. Mushroom
7. 1/2 tsp. Salt
8. 1/4 tsp. Red Chili
9. 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
10. 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Recipe For Quinoa :

1. Wash quinoa nicely with the help of a mesh strainer to get rid of the bitter coating.
2. Cut tomato and onion into dice size.
3. Put quinoa, water, half onion, half tomato, 1/4 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. red chili into a pan and turn on the heat.
4. Wait for the water to boil, once it's boiling, turn down the heat to low and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
5. In 15- 20 minutes, quinoa is ready. Take it off the heat.

Recipe For veggies:

1. Cut onion, broccoli, and mushroom into small size. You can use any vegetables you like.
2. Heat the skillet, pour 1 tbsp. olive oil in it. Once it's hot, put onions in it.
3. Saute the onions for 2 minutes and now add mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. pepper in it and saute them for 5 minutes.
4. Now Add broccoli in the skillet and cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on how soft you want your veggies. Stir them occasionally.
5. In about 10 minutes, it's done. Your healthy quick meal is ready.
