Follow These 25 Beauty Rules To Get Clear Skin

Having clear skin is everyone's dream. A zit on a face in the morning can bring the confidence down for the whole day. Acne or a pimple can happen due to many reasons like oily skin, hormone imbalance, upset stomach, eating junk food, greasy food or toxins build inside the body. Teenager or younger generation suffer from this issue the most. Some people suffer from acne or pimples throughout their life and some people never experience their severity depending on the choices or rules we follow in life.

So here's my list of 25 Beauty Rules that everyone should follow in order to have clear vibrant skin:

1. Drink Plenty Of Water: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Start Drinking two glasses of warm water with lemon in it. It helps in getting rid of toxins from the body. Skin needs to be properly hydrated in order to be clear. Dehydrated skin always looks dull and is more prone to breakout.

2.Stop Taking Stress: Stop taking too much stress. Stress can be easily seen on your face. It affects the skin and causes dullness and premature aging.

3. Exercise: Exercise helps in getting rid of toxins so just 30 minutes of exercise can play a big role in you having clear skin. Exercise also helps with stress. Always wash your face before and after exercise.

4. Wash The Sweat Quickly: If your whole body is prone to acne then don't let sweat sit on your body. Take shower after exercise as soon as possible. Sweating can lead to acne.

5. Sanitize You Smart Phone: Not to mention, we hold our phone most of the day, sometimes with clean hands and sometimes with dirty hands full of germs. When you put those germs on your face, you tend to get an infection. So keep sanitizing your phone every time you sanitize your hands because there is no purpose of sanitizing hands if you are going to hold a phone full of germs.

6. Avoid Sugar, Meat, and Dairy: Sugar tend to stimulate breakout so stay away from sugar much as you can. Hormones in meat and dairy can imbalance your body's natural hormone which can lead to the breakout.

7. Green Tea: Green tea has great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which help in having clear skin. Try drinking green tea with lemon two times a day.

8. Eat Vitamin C & E Rich Food: Vitamin c & E are great antioxidants which are essential for our body in order to get rid of toxins and have clear skin. So eat more fruit & food rich in vitamin C & E. You can also start taking supplements.

9. Zinc Rich Food: Add zinc rich food to your diet. Zinc helps in repairing our skin tissues and heals the skin from any wound.

10. Quit Smoking: Smoking cause dullness and aging to the skin so just quit it.

11. Wash Face With Lukewarm Water: Always wash your face with warm water because hot water can make your skin too dry and cold water cannot open the pores thus can't help in getting rid of dirt.

12. Don't Overwash: Never overwash your face. Some people tend to wash their face over and over by thinking that they need to do it in order to get the clear skin which is a completely wrong idea. Overwashing your face will make your skin super dry and rough. If you wash your face often because you have very oily skin then keep oil absorbing sheets with you instead of washing your face every hour or so.

13. Be Gentle: Be gentle, when you are scrubbing your face. Our skin is very sensitive, scrubbing harshly can cause damage to the skin and leave it rough and red. Always pat dry your face after washing.

14. Avoid Oil Base Beauty Products: Oil-based products tend to close the pores and which leads to acne or pimples.

15. Don't Mix Products: I know we all try to mix some stuff to get the perfect look but be honest with you, isn't it scary. We don't know those big ingredients on the back of the products & we definitely don't know how they can react with other products so just be safe and don't play around.

16. Be Patient: When you trying a new product, give it some time. Don't switch too often. Your skin needs time to adjust and ingredients need times to give you the result.

17. Don't Neglect Neck & Chest: Do not ignore the neck and chest. The skin around neck and chest is extremely sensitive and need equal care as your face. Use the same cream for neck & chest what you using for your face.

18. Home Made Face Mask: Try using a natural mask made at home with simple ingredients. Lesser the ingredient, better it is. Try Turmeric Face masks. Turmeric has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic properties so it is the best ingredient for the face masks.

19. Don't Poke The Zits: Poking zits only make things worse. Poking can lead to infection and can leave marks on your face.

20. Use Spf Cream Every Day: Sunscreen is a must. Summer or winter, you need sunscreen to protect your skin from those harsh UV rays. Sunscreen protects skin from any damage and also prevent wrinkles.

21. Tube Over Jar: Try to get a moisturizer in a tube or bottle with a pump where your fingers don't have to go in like in a jar. It's more hygienic and convenient.

22. Retinol Cream: Everyone should use a retinol cream. It helps to prevent acne and clear blemishes. It also helps in premature aging.

23. Exfoliate Your Skin: Be sure you exfoliate your skin at least two times a week. Exfoliation helps in getting rid of dead skin.

24. Remove Makeup Before Going To Bed:  I cannot stress enough on this that sleeping with makeup on is a "No" "No". Our Skin needs to breathe and relax. Always clean your face before going to bed. For your lazy days keep makeup remover wipes by your bedside so you don't end up sleeping with makeup on.

25. Clean Pillow Case: Change your pillowcase often if you are prone to acne or pimples. When you sleep, oil from your face & hair gets into the pillowcase and can lead to infection so it needs to be changed.

In the end, the most important of all A Good Sleep. Our body & skin needs at least 7-9 hours of sleep in order to be healthy and happy. So get some good sleep, eat well and follow these rules. Good Luck!
