Do you take care of your eyes like you take care of your face? Most likely the answer is going to be "NO". How sad is that! We all know very well the importance of our eyes, with the help of eyes only we are able to see this beautiful world. I don't take care of my eyes or eat something specifically only for my eyes. I eat supplements or food for my hair, my face, and my skin but never tried anything specially for my eye.

1. Almond Milk: Starts drinking almond milk at least 3 times a week. It contains vitamin E which is

2. Carrot Juice: Drink one glass of carrot juice every day. It is very good for our eyes and skin. You can add coconut and honey in your carrot juice to make it even tastier.
3. Fennel Seeds: Soak fennel seeds overnight and eat them empty stomach. It will help with brighter vision and also with any digestion issues.
4. Gooseberry Juice/Amla Juice: Amla is a great source of vitamin c which helps with the improvement of eyesight, make eye muscle stronger and prevent cataract. Mix two teaspoons of Amla juice or powder in one glass of water and drink it empty stomach. You can also add 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder in your smoothie.
5. Vitamin E: Some good sources of Vitamin E are Almonds, Carrots, Greens, Avocado, Broccoli, Sunflower Seeds and Papaya.
6. Vitamin A: Guava, Orange, Pineapple, Red & Green Chili, Leafy Greens, Carrots, Sweet Potato, Fish and Tropical Fruits are some good source of Vitamin A.
7. Vitamin C: Amla, Watermelon, Citrus Fruit, Peppers, Kiwi, Grapefruit, Guava, Strawberry, Broccoli are some good source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C also have a soothing effect on your eyes.
